We are a licensed home bakery under the Texas Cottage Laws
Some customers contact us looking for a building. We are in a building but not a commercial building. Everything is made from scratch in a home kitchen. We have also listed this under the About Us page and the Homepage. If you have concerns about ordering from a home bakery, we completely understand if you choose to explore other options.

There's not an order without a contract nor a deposit
All orders-custom and basic-require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract in order to guarantee your order. Please note that we do not accept same-day nor next-day orders. Invoices and contracts are sent by email, even if the order is discussed via text. All orders MUST BE PICKED UP BY or DELIVERED TO the designated contact person on the contract. The order will NOT BE GIVEN to anyone other than the designated contact person on the contract unless it is EXPLICITLY stated in writing. If the designated contact person is changed, you must notify Sweet Tooth Velle at least 3-5 days in advance to guarantee they will be able to receive the order or it WILL NOT be released to them. Please note a new designated contact person WILL NOT be accepted the day of pickup or delivery. Unless a designated contact person is assigned for pickup or delivery, the order WILL ONLY be released to the person who placed the order. A late fee of $30 (or $2 per minute) will be charged for every 15-minute interval that the contact person is late for pickup. The order will not be released until the late fee is paid in full. Please be aware that if the bakery is not informed about your preferred pick up time or any changes to the delivery fee until the day of, a $50 fee will be assessed. The fee MUST BE PAID before the order can be released.

Once your order is picked up, Sweet Tooth Velle is no longer responsible for the order
Once the order is in the designated contact person's possession, Sweet Tooth Velle is no longer responsible for any damage, accidents, or issues beyond our control including but not limited to product mishandling or environmental issues. Please ensure all orders are transported on a flat surface to prevent sliding or damage during transit. All designated persons will receive detailed storage instructions with the order, including information that the order has been stored in a freezer. The instructions will specify that the product should be thawed out for period of time, usually 45 mins to 1 hour, as well as guidelines for proper storage for later consumption. A photo of your order may be shared on social media at least one hour after it has been received by the designated contact person.

Corporate Orders
To prevent identity theft and prevent unauthorized use of your payment card, Sweet Tooth Velle requires the provision of either a tax identification number (TIN) or national provider identification number (NPI) before processing your order. ALL corporate orders MUST BE PAID for with a company credit card, not a personal credit card. An invoice will also be sent the designated contact person's email.
